AYSO Region 32 offers a “Select” soccer season, open only to players who participate in the Fall Core program. Select is an opportunity for players to improve their skills in a more competitive environment. The select teams will play in tournaments starting as early as February thru June. Tournaments are weekends which require players to be able to play both Saturdays and Sundays. A limited number of teams will be formed in 10U-19U.

Spring Select teams are self-funded teams. The upfront fees that are required are as follows: $150 to Region 32 which covers the cost of the custom uniforms and other region fees for the spring season. There is also $300 due to the players team directly. These fees are broken down and not all due at one time. Region 32 does not sponsor any child on spring select teams. 

There is a lot of fundraising involved for these teams as tournaments start at approximately $500-$1000 per tournament depending on if a team has qualified referees.

A high level of commitment is expected from the players, coaches and parents. Select is for motivated and enthusiastic players and coaches.

Tryouts-
A player needs to have played 70% of their fall season games to be eligible to try out for the select team.

Please have your child wear their fall jersey, shin guard's and cleats. Bring your own soccer ball and water as well.
